SUNRISE VILLAS: Sunrise Villas of about 200 sqm located on the east side of the island, from which you can admire stunning and breathtaking sunrises. Each room includes a King size four-poster bed, a large living area equipped with two comfortable armchairs and a day bed, which can easily turn into a comfortable extra bed.
SUNSET SUITES: 240 sqm of elegant spaces located on the west side of the island and boasting an incredible view of the magnificent African sunsets. Each room includes a King size four-poster bed, a large lowered living area and the opportunity to accommodate two extra beds (sofa beds) making the beach suites the perfect accommodation for couples and small families.
LAGOON SUITE WITH POOL: Spectacular overwater villas floating over a wonderful crystal lagoon and characterized by refined and contemporary interior design: 170 sqm made with local materials and perfectly in harmony with the nature of the island. Overwater villas are suspended on the east side of the island and have a large terrace with swimming pool, equipped with any modern comfort, as well as a private butler. ZANZIBAR VILLAS: 310 sqm of luxury and comfortable spaces with direct access to the beach. The entrance to the villa overlooks a large open air living room with a lounge area and sofas by Etro. Two large bedrooms, a corner bar, and kitchen available for exclusive "in villa dining" with Chef on demand. The living room opens onto a large veranda with a dining table, sofas and comfortable sun loungers where cooling off with refreshing dips in a private swimming pool or enjoy the secrecy of a private garden.
SULTAN PALACE: A unique accommodation on two levels that allows you to experience an unforgettable holiday: on the ground floor, two bedrooms with a large living room and kitchen area available for personalized culinary proposals in the privacy of your own home. On the first floor, you will find the Sultan bedroom, a room entirely dedicated to be a walk-in closet as well as a real "salle de bain". 500 sqm of elegant spaces, which can accommodate up to 9 guests while ensuring a high level of privacy and intimacy.
